Each Fantasy Flames candle is hand-poured in the heart of the Yarra Valley, crafted with 300ml of all-natural soy wax and infused with premium Australian-made fragrances. Every pour is done in small batches to ensure quality, care, and a flawless burn. With an approximate burn time of 45–55 hours, your candle’s life will depend on how gently you treat its flame — a little love and attention will make it burn beautifully, right to the end.

INGREDIENTS
Made with natural lead-free wicks and the highest quality non-toxic soy blend wax offering both a great hot and cold scent throw. All fragrances used are natural and Australian-made.
CANDLE CARE & SAFETY
Every flame tells a story — treat it gently, and it will burn beautifully. Trim your wick to around 7mm before each light; too short and your wax may tunnel, too long and the wick may mushroom, leaving traces of soot along the glass. Let the wax melt evenly across the surface to avoid uneven burns and deepen the scent throw. Burn your candle for at least an hour, but no more than four, allowing the fragrance to linger without exhausting the flame. Always rest your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, little hands, pets, and anything flammable. Never leave it unattended, and extinguish once only a thin layer of wax remains. Allow it to cool completely before touching. Handle it with care, light it with intention — and let the story unfold in scent and smoke.

SHIPPING
Standard Delivery: $15.00 or free for orders over $200. Every Fantasy Flames candle is poured to order — handcrafted, cured, and packed with care before it begins its journey to you. Orders are created and packed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details — your flame is officially on its way. Delivery times vary by location but generally fall between 2–10 business days after dispatch.

RETURNS
At Fantasy Flames, every candle is hand-poured, custom-made, and crafted with care — meaning each one is as unique as the person it’s made for. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, scent preference, or design expectations. Refunds or replacements are only available if your candle arrives damaged, broken, or faulty.
