Welcome to Fantasy Flames — where every candle is hand-poured, made with care, and crafted to ignite your senses. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before lighting the flame.

Handmade Nature

Each Fantasy Flames candle is individually hand-poured, meaning small variations in colour, scent strength, texture, and finish are completely normal — and part of what makes every piece unique.
Colours may appear differently in person than on your screen due to lighting and device differences. These natural variations are not considered faults.

Custom Orders & Processing Times

Custom candles are made to order and take approximately 3–5 business days to create before shipping. During busy or holiday periods, this timeframe may extend.
Once your order has been finalised and production has begun, no changes, cancellations, or refunds can be made. Please review all details carefully before confirming your order.

Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Fantasy Flames reserves the right to update prices, products, or descriptions at any time without notice.
In rare cases where an item is unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer a flat-rate shipping cost of $15 or free shipping on orders over $200.
Delivery times typically range between 2–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.
Please ensure your shipping details are correct before checkout — we cannot replace or refund parcels sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Once an order has been dispatched, risk of loss passes to the buyer.

Returns & Refunds

Because every candle is made by hand, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, scent preferences, or design expectations.
Refunds or replacements are only available if your candle arrives damaged, defective, or faulty.
If this occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@fantasyflames.com.au with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, misuse, or failure to follow our Candle Care & Safety instructions.
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method once the claim is assessed and approved.

Safety & Use

By purchasing from Fantasy Flames, you agree to follow all candle safety guidelines provided with your order and listed on our website.
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Always burn on a heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, children, pets, and flammable materials.
Do not burn for more than four hours at a time.
Fantasy Flames is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow safety instructions.

Loss, Liability & Disclaimer

Fantasy Flames is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.
While every effort is made to ensure our website, pricing, and descriptions are accurate, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them at any time.
Our total liability in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the total price paid for that specific product.

Intellectual Property

All Fantasy Flames scent blends, product names, label designs, photography, and written content are the exclusive property of Fantasy Flames.
They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
All rights are reserved under Australian copyright and trademark law.

Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. We collect only the personal information necessary to process orders and improve your experience.
Your information is securely stored and never sold, shared, or misused. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

Agreement

By placing an order through Fantasy Flames, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Once your candle has been poured, the process — and the flame — cannot be undone.
